The mystery substance found at the crime scene was aspirin because it had the same attributes as aspirin. It also had all the same observations.( Unknown substance lab)
Fingerprints:
The basic parts of a fingerprint include: ridges, core, and deltas. Ridges; Black lines Core: Most inner part of the fingerprint. Delta: Where 3 areas converge into one
3 basic fingerprint PATTERNS:
Arch: It has an arch in the middle of the finger. loop: It loops around the middle. Whorl: Both sides of the fingerprint converge into one in the middle.
Other details: Ridge ending: is where the line stops Bifurcation: Is where a ridge turns into 2 Dot: Just a dot on the print.
How to take a latent print
1. Find print 2. Dust for print 3. Put some sort of tape over the dusted fingerprint 4. put tape on a microscope slide. 5. the print will transfer/copy the fingerprint onto the slide.
Whose fingerprints was it?
The finger print belongs to Alex Garcia. I know this because the core ends in the bottom left hand area just like at the crime scene.
Blood typing: What type of blood was found at the scene and who could it belong to?
The blood found at the scene was B+. It could belong to Alex or Anna. I know this because i tested out the blood to see if they would clump or not. All three of the blood samples of Anna,Alex, and the one found at the crime scene were all B+.
If you find someone else's shoe print at the crime scene, you can find out approximate height. You can find out how big that one person's feet is. Also if you find multiple shoe prints, you can find out approx height.
1. EKG is the electrical movement of the heart. I learned that my EKG is very wacky. Must have done something wrong or read it wrong.
2. The pacemaker substitutes the nodes in your heart. It sends out a small electric current to tell the heart when to contract. It also speeds up low EKG readings, 3. She probably needed a pacemaker because she had diabetes. 4. I think that if the av node no longer did its job, the chambers of the heart would have back flow, 5. EKG could tell a physician if the person has any heart abnormalities to catch anything else dangerous.
